CF Motorfreight has ordered a 25% pay cut for managers and a 20% cut for other non-union workers to pare costs during the nationwide Teamsters trucking strike. President and Chief Executive Donald E. Moffitt, in a letter to employees dated Tuesday, said there would also be layoffs.
