NEWPORT BEACH — American Health Services Corp., which operates diagnostic centers, said Monday it has restructured its lending agreement with its primary bank.
Under the deal signed April 12, the company will delay a $9.6-million payment due in May until January, 1996, and cut the payment amount by $2.1 million. A restructured payment plan also saves the company $215,000 a month.
American Health Services, based in Newport Beach, runs centers that do diagnostic tests such as computer imaging, which is similar to an X-ray.
