Security Environmental Systems Inc.: The hazardous-waste disposal company said Monday it has agreed to buy the assets of a competitor.
Terms weren’t disclosed, and Security Environmental did not identify the competitor. In a news release, Security Environmental said it hopes to complete the deal by May 1 and disclose more information later.
The Huntington Beach firm also said it plans to operate a hazardous-waste storage facility in southern New Mexico.
