Premiere Radio Reports Earnings Turnaround

Premiere Radio Networks Inc. in Sherman Oaks reported a $985,644 first-quarter profit, while its revenue for the three months ended March 31 rose 79% to $3.52 million.

A year earlier, the radio programming syndicator lost $282,658 on revenue of $1.97 million.

Premiere’s profit in the latest quarter included a $1.66-million pretax gain on the sale of five sports networks.
