Coastal Art: Reasons to Put Plan on Ballot
- Share via
I support Santa Monica City Councilman Robert Holbrook and the Santa Monica Historical Society for leading the opposition to Santa Monica’s coastal art plan. The public artworks prepared by the city for Palisades Park and the beach are unnecessary and inappropriate for these world-renowned scenic places. I urge Mayor Judy Abdo and the City Council to put this plan on the November ballot and let the people vote on it!

I urge Mayor Judy Abdo and the Santa Monica City Council not to implement the controversial and unneeded public art pieces in Palisades Park and on the beach as outlined in their coastal art plan. Let the people vote on this on the November ballot.
