Executive Joins Elsinore Aerospace Services

David M. Lagger has joined Elsinore Aerospace Services in Newport Beach as vice president of business development. In his new position, he will coordinate the development of customer programs for Elsinore’s Aircraft Systems Integration Group. Lagger was previously director of business development of Lockheed Commercial Aircraft Center in San Bernardino. Before that, he held management positions in planning and development, maintenance and production control for Tracor Aviation and People Express Airlines.
