The Barracudas stormed back in the third quarter to tie it, 5-5. San Diego took its first lead when Darcy Norton scored at 1 minute 15 seconds of the fourth quarter.
But the Bullfrogs scored the final four goals, including Brown’s game-winner on a power play at 4:44 of the final quarter.
The Bullfrogs improve to 8-1-0; San Diego dropped to 6-4-1.
