Marquis, Sorgi Go 1-2 in Diving Meet

Kristen Marquis of the Mission Viejo Nadadores won the one-meter competition in the 13-and-under division at the Canadian-American-Mexican championships Saturday in Mexico City.
Erica Sorgi, also of the Nadadores, was second. Marquis won the platform competition Friday and was second in the three-meter contest Thursday.
Marquis swept all three competitions the previous weekend at the United States championships in Rockville, Md.
