SYLMAR : College Offering Free Training Courses

Free courses to train people as office professionals are being offered at Mission College’s Business and Professional Center in Sylmar.
The classes include total quality management concepts, vocational English, computer programs and business mathematics and are part of the college’s Quality Workforce Development Training Program.
The office professional preparation courses are being funded by the city of Los Angeles.
The deadline for applications is Sept. 29.
