SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — Karen Jones of the Jones Partnership advertising agency and Rick Andersen of Andersen & Johnson Advertising in Irvine said Monday they have merged their agencies to provide better service to their clients.
The new company, Andersen Jones Partners Inc., is aimed at combining Andersen’s marketing experience with Jones’ graphic design capabilities. Andersen is the new agency’s creative director of copy, and Jones is its creative director of art.
The company, with eight employees working out of Jones’ office, has combined billings of about $5 million a year, and Andersen said the company hopes to double that amount in three years.
Andersen and Jones decided to merge because of their common background in serving health care clients.
