Cybernetics Products Inc.: The company said Thursday that its board of directors has appointed Kirk Waldron its acting chief financial officer.
Waldron, corporate controller of the company since March, has been the acting chief financial officer since Sept. 1. He replaces former CFO Dean Trojan, who has left the company.
Cybernetics, based in Santa Ana, makes and sells drills, routers and cutters for circuit board production, as well as a line of camera systems for animation, feature film special effects and computer graphics applications.
