Wind, from El Dorado High, has been having a strong season for Cypress, the top-ranked team in Southern California. Then she shifted to high gear last week, scoring six goals as the Chargers won twice to finish the regular season at 16-0-2. She had three goals in a 7-0 victory over Rancho Santiago, then three more as the Chargers beat San Diego City, 6-0. Wind has a team-high 11 goals for Cypress, which plays host to Moorpark in the Southern California playoffs Saturday.
