Ojai Nordhoff 30, Santa Ynez 19--On first and 10 at the Ranger 12-yard line, running back Josh Hawkins broke through the left side of the line and took off on an 88-yard touchdown run in a Division IX semifinal.

The play was wiped out because of a holding call on Nordhoff, but Hawkins did the same thing two plays later to give the Rangers (10-3) a 16-0 lead before 4,000 at Nordhoff.

Santa Ynez finishes 11-2.
