Friday Jan. 13 is the deadline for applications to perform in the 1995 Dance Kaleidoscope Festival of Los Angeles. The event, in July, will showcase modern dance, performance art, ballet, world dance, performance suitable for young children and, for the first time this year, dance for television, video, film and musical theater.
