Holiday Brunch Will Benefit Abused Children
The Dolphins division of the Newport Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce invites members of the community to join in the group’s annual holiday brunch to benefit abused children.
The Dec. 13 brunch will include holiday entertainment. Featured will be a harpist and the Ensign Middle School Choir, which will also lead the audience in a sing-along.
Each person attending is asked to bring a gift or other donation for children at Olive Crest, a home for abused children.
The chamber also has a wish list and special gift bag for those interested in contributing.
The event will begin at 11 a.m. in the Terrace Room at the Hyatt Newporter.
Cost is $25, and reservations are required by calling the chamber at (714) 729-4400.
Participants are invited to donate small promotional items from their companies for goody bags to be distributed to all those attending.
