Nation IN BRIEF : ARKANSAS : Court Further Delays Paula Jones Suit

A federal appeals court ordered a further delay in the suit filed by Paula Corbin Jones, the former Arkansas state employee who has accused President Clinton of sexual harassment. The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals said it would delay sending Jones’ suit back to a federal trial court in Arkansas until the U.S. Supreme Court decides whether Clinton is immune from suits over “unofficial acts.” The Supreme Court is not scheduled to make that ruling after this year’s election campaign.
