BURBANK — A proposed expansion of the NBC studios would nearly triple the amount of building space at its 44-acre studio lot in Burbank.
1) Office buildings
2) Parking structures
3) New studio buildings
Expansion Details
* Size of NBC Studios: 44 acres
* Proposed additions: Six new studios, four 15-story office buildings and three six-story parking structures.
* Current office and studio space: 845,000 sq. feet
* After expansion: 2,364,000 sq. feet
* Projected start date: Late 1997
* Projected completion: 2010 to 2015
