PENNSYLVANIA : Storm Kills 2, Cuts Power to Thousands

Authorities were assessing damage from a storm that flooded portions of southeastern Pennsylvania, killing two people and leaving 120,000 homes without power. Four to 7 inches of rain fell on parts of Bucks County along the Delaware River north of Philadelphia. Several hundred residents were evacuated to Red Cross shelters and other facilities. The storm also crossed into New Jersey, flooding houses and causing other damage.
