Crocker DiMeo Realty Adds Property Management Unit

Crocker DiMeo Realty of Camarillo has added a property management division to its commercial real estate and business relocation services.
Joining principals Michael K. Crocker and Michael C. DiMeo is Raymond A. Empero, owner of the Los Angeles County-based Empero Property Management Services.
Together, they have formed CDE Property Management, a team that offers customized property management programs, lease negotiations and management, acquisitions underwriting, feasibility studies, energy conservation programs and preventative maintenance programs.
CDE Property Management has nearly 600,000 square feet of retail, office, auto and industrial properties under contract in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, including Lambert Industrial Center in Oxnard.
