. . . Rep. William E. Dannemeyer (R-Fullerton) became the first California public official to support an initiative to quarantine AIDS patients.
Dannemeyer said he would propose federal legislation making it a crime for anyone carrying the AIDS virus “to be involved in an exchange of bodily fluids,” including kissing.
