ARKANSAS : Clinton Wrote ‘OK’ on Memo, Aide Says

Then-Gov. Bill Clinton wrote “OK” on a memo setting up a meeting with an Arkansas banker who wanted to deliver campaign money and discuss a job for his business partner, Clinton aide Nancy Hernreich testified at the trial of Herby Branscum Jr. and Robert M. Hill in Little Rock. Branscum was appointed to an Arkansas highway panel five weeks after Clinton met with Hill.
