A council representing Air France workers voted to support a controversial plan by the airline’s chairman to merge with its domestic unit--Air France Europe--one day after staging a crippling strike protesting the plan. . . . Cadbury Schweppes said it will move its North American beverage unit, which includes Dr Pepper/7UP Cos., to Plano, Texas.
