Third Rail Gets Licensee

LOS ALAMITOS — Third Rail has signed a licensing agreement under which Canadian clothing distributor Caccia Fashions will manufacture and distribute T-shirts, caps, various clothing and snowboard garments under the Third Rail label.
Third Rail is planning to merge into Pacific International Enterprises Inc., a Los Alamitos developer of sports-related products.
