I-Flow Finalizes Acquisition of Block Medical

IRVINE — I-Flow Corp. said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Block Medical Inc., a maker of portable infusion devices, from Hillenbrand Industries Inc. for stock, warrants and $15 million in cash.

Block Medical, which is headquartered in San Diego and has a manufacturing facility in northern Mexico, had revenue of approximately $13.5 million for the fiscal year ended Dec. 2.
