CYA Counselor’s Body Found in Landfill

CHINO — A longtime counselor at a California Youth Authority facility in San Bernardino County was found dead in a landfill, authorities said.
The death of Inesia Baker, 42, of Chino, was being investigated as a homicide, a police spokesman said.
Baker was last seen early Friday afternoon at the Heman G. Stark Youth Training School in Chino, which houses more than 2,000 inmates between 18 and 25 years of age. Her body was found Sunday morning in the landfill about 15 miles away, officials said.
