Mandela Finds Time for Romance

South African President Nelson Mandela is making time for love. Mandela intends to stop hiding his relationship with Graca Machel, the widow of former Mozambican President Samora Machel, according to the Sunday Independent newspaper. Mandela, 78, and Machel, 50, have denied rumors of a romance for months, but a Mandela spokesman confirmed the newspaper story was basically correct. Mandela divorced his second wife, Winnie, in March. Machel’s husband was killed in a plane crash in South Africa in 1986.
