Newport Harbor to Play in Chicago

The Newport Harbor High girls’ volleyball team will compete Friday and Saturday in the Nike Challenge tournament at Mother McAuley High in Chicago.
The 24-team tournament includes eight teams ranked in the top 25 in the nation by USA Today, including No. 1 Mother McAuley.
Newport Harbor (1-3), ranked No. 7 in the state Division I poll, is the only California team in the tournament.
