Probers of Jet Crash to Question Relatives

After nearly three months of investigating the crash of Trans World Airlines Flight 800, the FBI in Smithtown, N.Y., said it will start questioning the grieving relatives of the victims. James K. Kallstrom, an FBI assistant director who is leading the probe of the July 17 explosion that killed all 230 people aboard, said that in seeking a cause of the crash, agents have been considering such scenarios as whether it was an individual crime motivated by revenge, jealousy, insurance fraud or even suicide.
