Candidates to Face Off at 2nd Forum

Fresh from their first debate last week, Moorpark’s City Council and mayoral candidates will take part in a second election forum tonight.
The candidates forum will be held in the clubhouse of Villa Del Arroyo Mobile Home Estates, 15750 W. Los Angeles Ave., and is sponsored by the homeowner association.
City Council candidates will speak first, followed by mayoral hopefuls. Each candidate will be allowed to make opening remarks, then all will field questions from the audience.
Discussion will begin at 7 p.m.
