Comprehensive Care Corp.: The Corona del Mar provider of managed care posted a loss of $1.8 million, or 62 cents a share, for the fiscal first quarter ended Aug. 31, which included a $300,000 nonrecurring expense and a $200,000 restructuring charge related to the planned closure of an administrative office and several contract units. A year ago, the company lost $1.3 million, or 50 cents a share. Revenue increased 2% to $9 million from $8.8 million.
