Ambassadors International Inc.: The Newport Beach organizer, marketer and operator of travel programs posted net income of $1.6 million, or 24 cents a share, for the third quarter, up from net income of $1.2 million, or 21 cents a share, for the 1995 third quarter. The company had its initial public offering in August 1995. Revenue rose 9% to $5.9 million from $5.4 million. Net income for the nine-month period was $4.8 million, or 73 cents a share, 23% higher than the $3.9 million, or 73 cents a share, reported a year earlier. Revenue was up 19% to $16.4 million from $13.8 million.
