Brumfield Regains Movement in Legs
Scott Brumfield is regaining strength and motion in his legs and the Cincinnati Bengal lineman could return home soon from the University of Maryland’s Shock Trauma Center.
However, his doctor said it is too early to tell if Brumfield will play football again.
Brumfield sustained a concussion of the spinal cord when he collided with teammate Tony McGee during Sunday’s game against Baltimore.

The Seattle Seahawks’ improbable 23-16 victory over the Houston Oilers came with a price as wide receiver Brian Blades will be out at least four weeks because of a separated left shoulder and fullback Mack Strong will miss at least a week because of a sprained right knee.
Tight end Christian Fauria (sprained left shoulder) could sit out a week and running back Chris Warren suffered a sprained left ankle, but is expected to play this weekend.
