Koll Buys Brokerage

NEWPORT BEACH — In a move to expand its range of services to retail clients, property manager Koll has acquired Linda Crowley & Associates, a seven-person retail brokerage based in Irvine.
Crowley, which also has offices in Encinitas and San Bernardino, has closed more than 200 sales and leasing transactions valued at more than $200 million during the last three years. The company handled the leasing of Metro Pointe retail center adjacent to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
Crowley will operate as part of Koll’s Western Region Retail Group.
