The Burbank Public Library Literacy Program needs volunteers for a holiday fund-raising project sponsored by the Friends of the Burbank Public Library. Beginning today, volunteers will wrap gifts bought at the Barnes & Noble bookstore in Burbank. Shifts are from three to five hours.
Volunteers are also needed for the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop in Toluca Lake to be salespeople, cashiers, pricers and merchandise screeners.
