Oxnard Firm’s Dog Food Supplement Wins Award

Barley Dog powdered barley grass supplement, manufactured by Green Foods Corp. in Oxnard, has been selected as one of 14 best new product winners in Dog Fancy magazine’s fourth annual Editor’s Choice awards.

The product will be featured in the February issue of the magazine, which claims an audience of 1 million readers.

In September, Barley Dog won a gold medal of excellence in the animal food/pet care products category of Alive magazine’s Academy of Nutrition.

Barley Dog is available nationwide from select veterinarians as well as health food and pet stores.
