On Track. One cannot be sure whether Lady Luck will attend, but “A Day at the Races” mixes a seminar on handicapping, a champagne brunch and a tasting from seven wineries, including Sterling, Rodney Strong, Mumm Napa Valley, Frescobaldi and Taittinger. The event takes place Sunday at Hollywood Park in the Gold Cup Room. Jackets and reservations are required.
