Yucca Valley 7, Sun Valley Village Christian 6--The Trojans (7-6) scored their only touchdown with 6:08 remaining in the second quarter on a two-yard run by James Cunningham. Kevin Lesko added the extra point. The run capped a 17-play 64-yard drive.
Village Christian (10-3) scored with 8:28 to play on an 11-yard pass from Jeff Johnston to tight end Tim Gustafson. The Crusaders were stopped short on a two-point conversion run.
