City Offers Child Care Over Holiday Season

The city’s community services department will offer Kris Kringle Kids Kamp during the holidays to help parents with child care during school vacation.
The program keeps children busy with games, stories, movies and outdoor play.
Parents can sign up children for days (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), extended days (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.) or half days (8 a.m. to noon or 1 to 5 p.m.) or a combination of the options to accommodate their work schedules.
The cost is $8 for half a day, $12 for a full day and $14 for an extended day. The program will be offered Monday, Dec. 26, 27 and 30 and Jan. 2, 3, 6 and 7.
