Ventura Women’s Group Awards $3,700

Ventura Business and Professional Women has awarded $3,700 to five organizations.
Receiving $1,000 donations each are the Ventura County Museum of History & Art, California Business & Professional Women Education Fund and the Make a Wish Foundation. The Valley/Coast District Business & Professional Women is receiving $400, and $300 has been given to Ventura Community College Scholarship for Women.
Ventura BPW, which was organized in 1925, has voted to disband and in May will give up its charter.
