Nowhere in “From Telluride to Timbuktu” (by John Horn, Jan. 12), all about film festivals and their proliferation around the world, did I see one line about the Deauville Film Festival of American Cinema (in France), the largest and the only all-American film festival in Europe.
This is our 22nd year. The 1997 festival will be held Sept. 5 to 15.
