Lear Realigning Top Management Positions

Lear Corp. said it moved three of its top executives into newly created positions to help bolster the parts supplier’s global presence in the auto industry. President Robert Rossiter will move to Frankfurt, Germany, as president and chief operating officer of international operations. James Vandenberghe, previously chief financial officer, was promoted to president and chief operating officer of North American operations. Donald Stebbins, formerly treasurer, was promoted to chief financial officer and treasurer. The Southfield, Mich.-based company said it is realigning its top management to take advantage of worldwide consolidation in the auto supply industry. Lear shares rose $1 to close at $35 on the New York Stock Exchange.
