Volunteers Sought to Advise CalOPTIMA

CalOPTIMA, Orange County’s Medi-Cal managed care program, has six vacancies on its Member Advisory Committee.
The volunteer positions must be filled by individuals who can adequately represent patients who are disabled, Medi-Cal beneficiaries, senior citizens, children, welfare recipients or foster home residents.
The committee meets monthly to advise the CalOPTIMA board on how to best serve members’ needs.
Each position carries a two-year term, beginning in July. Applications are due by April 16.
