Man Shot to Death Outside His Home

A 29-year-old Palmdale man was shot to death late Friday night in an attack authorities say may have been gang-related.
The victim, Alejandro Martinez Campos, had just parked his car inside his garage in the 37300 block of 51 Street East in Palmdale and was walking toward the front of his house when he was shot several times in the torso, according to a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. She said she did not know if Campos was a gang member.
Campos was pronounced dead at the scene, and no motive for the killing or suspects have been determined, authorities said.
