Several Events Planned for Clean Air Month

The American Lung Assn. in coming weeks is promoting several activities for Clean Air Month.
The events aim to reduce pollution and increase awareness in Southern California.
Offerings include:
* Clean Commute Week, May 19-23. Corporations, schools, groups plan to car pool.
* Bike to Work Day, May 22.
* Children’s Poster and Charity Contest. Entries are due May 23.
* Clean Air Leaders Awards. Nominations are due Friday.
* Downtown Discovery 5K Run and Walk, May 31 in Anaheim.
