NICK MAURO

The league co-MVP wasn’t the most overpowering middle blocker, but his consistent play was a big key to his team’s Division II championship run.

The Long Beach State-bound outside hitter could physically dominate a match. An ankle injury kept him out of the Division I quarterfinals, and the Oilers lost without him.
