Allied Biotechnology to Change Direction

IRVINE — Allied Biotechnology International Inc. said Tuesday that its shareholders voted to change the direction of the company from biotechnology to water projects.
Shareholders also elected E.G. Marchi as president and Michael Roth and Daniel Kelly as directors. They also voted to increase authorized shares to 250 million from 25 million and to effect a 25-to-1 reverse split of the shares outstanding.
