The last parcel of McInnes Ranch industrial park in Oxnard has closed escrow.
EJM Development Co. purchased the 108-acre group of finished lots in a bulk sale. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The new owners have three options for the property: They may construct speculative buildings for future tenants; build facilities to suit identified tenants; or sell selected land parcels to users.
McInnes Ranch is a 294-acre, L-shaped project developed in 1987. Companies in operation at the development include Paramount Citrus, Templock, Viking Trucking, Fresh Prep, Taylor Printing, Western Saw and Blois Construction. Seminis, Tubed Products and Cosmetic Specialties have recently purchased land and will be constructing facilities there.
McInnes Ranch is bordered by the Proctor & Gamble facility on the north, Sturgis Road on the south and Rice Avenue on the west. CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura represented both buyer and seller in the most recent sale.
