Water District Offers Pay-by-Phone Service

Mesa Consolidated Water District customers can now pay their bills by phone.
Using credit and debit cards, customers can call to pay monthly statements. They must have their eight-digit billing code ready to access the system.
The old-fashioned method of mailing the bill with a check still works.
