Colorado-bound Minardi (6-3, 190), whose career 22 yards-per-catch average (116 receptions, 2,544 yards) broke the existing state record, caught 70 passes (20 touchdowns) for 1,469 yards. A safety, he was also the Sea View League’s defensive player of the year.
