Cappelletti (5-11, 175) was critical to Santa Margarita’s defensive scheme that gave up only 13 touchdowns before the fourth quarter--before mass substitutions. Undersized, but with a team-high 166 tackles, he will probably walk on at San Diego or San Diego State.
